All returns need to be made by a prior written return authorization
If you fail to get a written return authorization, Rebel Gears has the right to dispose of your property without a refund.
All returns must be made within 30 days
A 50% restocking fee will be applied to your returned items.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customers must pay for return shipping
We can not accept any returns on custom-made or special-order sprockets
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your check to be mailed
Please include:
Full name and address
Phone number
E-mail address
A packing slip with the return authorization number
Your reason for returning the merchandise
How Are Orders Processed?
We Process the order received. Orders are shipped through UPS or USPS. Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, usually within 24 – 48 hours after being placed.
Please allow 1 to 10 business days for Ground delivery depending on your location in the U.S.
We do not currently ship to APO or FPO Boxes
